23 Player Registration Rule Per Team.

Clubs are reminded that adherence to the above Rule will be
strictly enforced with no exceptions. Clubs under no circumstances can sign more that 23 Players. Breaches of this rule by any Club will result in the Management Committee imposing penalties on such clubs.

All Players transferred must also be registered with the league.
